Chris

Great experience. I felt safe the whole time. The young crew were professional, with passion and knowledge for the local area and rainforest species. I would highly recommend this to anyone! Let age be no barrier!

Kim

Jungle Surfing run a five-star operation, with talented, knowledgeable staff and the amazing backdrop of the forest. This was my second visit and it will definitely not be the last. Get up to Cape Trib and surf the Daintree. You'll love it.

Peter

The Adventure Night Walk was beyond our expectations! It was truly one of the high lights of our trip to Cape Tribulation. Ian, our guide, showed off his knowledge and passion for the flora and fauna of this area with a great light hearted walk. We felt safe and totally captivated on this experience not to missed. We left in awe!

Carrie and Pete

The staff were very helpful and informative. VERY SAFETY CONSCIOUS. I don’t really enjoy heights but had a great time. Lots of great information on the rainforest canopy and the various creatures that live there. Would highly recommend.

Gary

This is by far the best thing you can do while in Cairns. Words cannot express how much fun we had and how great the staff were that flew us through the canopy of the rainforest.

Bob

The zip lining tour was amazing, the Daintree Rainforest is beautiful and this tour is definitely worth it. The guides were fun, informative, chilled and made the tour very comfortable whilst ensuring the safety of everyone who participated.

Maxwell

Eight of us went as a group on this tour- 4 adults and 4 kids (the youngest being 3). We were a bit worried our 3-year-old would be too scared, but the guides were amazing; very encouraging and very reassuring. I was very confident our children were safe the whole time. We all had so much fun, an absolute highlight of our holiday to North Queensland! A special mention to Ash (one of our guides on our tour) he made the adventure even more memorable.

Melinda

This was a great activity with the teens, very interactive with the jungle, harnesses, human hampster wheel, just great. Must do while at the Cape, thanks also to the surf crew, all really friendly.

Joseph

All my family and a few friends did this trip. The youngest was 10yrs old. The guys that took us around the rainforest were great. Very friendly and enthusiastic. For people that were scared once they were in the treetops, they were very well looked after, reassured and encouraged, but not pressured. It's a great buzz, to zip through the trees. I would definitely do it again. All the equipment was provided. Well maintained. Set up for you. Very safe.

Shazz

This was my third time zip lining through the Jungle with the team at Jungle Surfing Canopy tours. The guides are a fabulous bunch of nature lovers and adventure seekers, who are keen on sharing their stories of the rainforest and all its little and large inhabitants, whilst ensuring you have just a wonderful and exhilarating time ziplining through the jungle and seeing this amazing world heritage area from a different perspective. Can totally recommend to anyone who loves nature and some soft adventure, being totally looked after by an awesome bunch of people. I recommend you stay overnight in the Cape Tribulation area to really soak up this amazing place. Will be back!!

Claudia

Great morning out. Zip lining in the tropical canopy of the Daintree Rainforest. We felt safe and the staff were always in control. Would do it all again; thank you guys.

Robert

I didn't want to do this, but hubby persuaded me, I am so glad I did. The team were so reassuring and didn't rush me. They are very knowledgeable on the rainforest and are clearly passionate about the rainforest and ecology. The end zip wire was brilliant, I would have no hesitation in doing it again.

Jana

We drove up from Port Douglas & it was a spectacular drive through the Daintree. The Jungle Surfing was great fun. The guides were young, enthusiastic & had lots of information about the different parts of the forest we travelled through. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area.

Helen

Become a flying fox and see the world's oldest forest canopy up close! This was a brilliant experience. Totally safe - the guides checked everyone's harness at each stop high in the treetops. So safe that a few of us even zipped a section hanging upside down. Won't forget it!

Penny

A brilliant experience for me and my family with 2 girls aged 9 and 11. One of the best things we've ever done. It was glorious to soar through the rainforest during a torrential downpour after a steamy hot day. Magical - can't recommend it highly enough. The staff were professional and safety conscious but also very entertaining and engaging. The only physical barrier is a short, fairly steep trek through the forest at the start, they drive you up most of the way. The day we went, a 92-year-old had just been and he even went upside down!

Lynda

Very exciting doing the surfing (ziplines/flying fox), excellent staff that help and really enjoyed it.

Pete

As a family, this was our first experience in any zip line activity. The tour was full of useful information about the rainforest. With excellent guidance on the ropes. Every care was taken to ensure we were comfortable at each stage. The last zip line was a race to the finish and an awesome end to the tour. Leaving me looking for more. I will certainly go back next time I'm in Port Douglas. Thanks, guys for such a cool experience making me and my family feel completely safe.

Jet

From beginning to finish a totally professional set up with highly trained staff, in which you can give total trust. Excellent fun. All in all, a great experience.

Chris

This is such great fun. Swinging in the tree tops, what a way to start the day. Staff were awesome and made a great day even better. Love the name helmets too. Thanks heaps.

Sandra

Great tour with knowledgeable and fun staff. Not a huge hike to the platforms and they have the world’s only human powered hamster wheel!

Lindsay

We did this as a group of 6, including an 8 & 9-year-old. Everyone really enjoyed it. The staff were great fun and very knowledgeable about the rainforest. It’s a beautiful, fun way to see the rainforest and the kids enjoying getting upside down on the ropes! A fun, family day out and the views to the water are amazing!

Rachael

This was a great experience for our family. The jungle crew were fantastic, they provided a lot of information about the habitat and we felt safe during the entire tour. The view was great and the weather was still cool enough to enjoy comfortably, as we went at the start of October. Will be recommending this tour to all our friends.

Iain

This is a must do. The best way to get up close to the Daintree. I’m a big scaredy-cat but found this adventure didn’t push me out of my comfort zone too much. Always felt I was in good hands. My 11yo & 9yo loved it!

Shez

We took our 9-year-old and 5-year-old kids with us on this trip and we all loved it! Our guides Gordon and Ryan were excellent. We felt completely safe and comfortable with each zipline, which was explained clearly and tips given on how to make the most of it. Gordon and Ryan's knowledge of the rainforest was very interesting - they both made the entire experience one to be remembered. When they say you should let go and hang upside down DO IT! Highly recommended!

Bronwyn

An unforgettable way to experience and learn about the rainforest. Saftey was a must and we had a harness and a helmet and everyone got the safety talk. We went through a few tandem ziplines and we also did some individual lines, all the while learning about our beautiful rainforest and we even caught a glimpse of the other World Heritage site... The Great Barrier Reef. A really memorable experience. The guides even took photos that you could buy on return to the tour base. You were able to take your camera or phone to take your own photos.

Carolyn

We went Jungle Surfing one morning in August and loved it! My two teenagers had been very excited about it for ages - I was a bit more uncertain whether I’d enjoy it but needn’t have worried ending up having an amazing time! The guides that took us round were fab, really knew their stuff and were really informative about the jungle and loads of enthusiasm. Big focus on safety and the environment. It’s amazing to experience the jungle from that level and zipping through on the wires at varying heights and distances - even I managed to hang upside down in the end! Felt very safe all the way through. Thanks guys, great day out.

Elso

My girlfriend and I did Jungle Surfing on 9th September guided by Taylor and Suzanne, who were great at their job and very knowledgeable about zip-lining and the Daintree Rainforest. We both highly recommend doing this, as it’s not just zip lining but experiencing one of the most beautiful parts of the world at the same time.
